Fast twitch recruitment is the key to explosive performance - it literally "flips the switch" to turn on rapid muscle firing. So how does that work? Fast twitch muscle fibers are responsible for immediate, intense muscle contraction. In order to have access to this contractile ability, an athlete must build the fast twitch fiber systematically.

The Next Level Power App uses an algorithm to determine exactly what your individual load must be on every set in order to make fast twitch gains on every lift. It calculates, on the fly, the intensity of your load relative to your level of fatigue throughout your workout.

There has been thought that moving weight as quickly as possible recruits fast twitch muscle fiber. This can become quite dangerous as technique frequently becomes compromised at this rate and the determination of what load should be is unmeasured. Results prove that we can directly build fast twitch muscle fiber safely using the algorithm method.
The algorithm determines the load of each set as you go based on the prior set that day. You are always at the perfect load for where your strength and recovery levels are every set. This means you are never under or over training, you are training perfectly.
