KULA | Certified RPR Coach
RPR is a system of self-administered breathing and neurological drills to make instant and measurable improvements in performance. It allows YOU to reset harmful compensation patterns that can cause pain, increase the risk of injury and limit your potential.
Compensation patterns are the main cause of non contact injuries in sport as well as every day aches and pains that limit performance. Using RPR, you can shift your own body out of these patterns and reduce pain, restore range of motion and help your body become more resilient to injury.
As coaches and athletes we have never seen such profound benefits from something that takes so little time. The RPR Wake Up Drills take about two minutes to complete and should become part of every athletes warm up and day-to-day routine.

CMC | Historic Season
Christian McCaffrey made history on Sunday. The Panthers running back became just the third player in NFL history to record 1,000 yards rushing and 1,000 yards receiving in the same year. He joins Marshall Faulk (1999) and Roger Craig (1985) as the only players to reach the mark.
McCaffrey finished the season with 2,392 yards from scrimmage, third-most all-time behind Faulk’s 1999 campaign (2,429) and Chris Johnson (2,509) in 2009. He also joined Saints receiver Michael Thomas as the only players in NFL history with 300-plus receptions in their first three seasons.
